Babycrow

Babycrow aka David Gibbons is an illustrator and printmaker based in East London. Operating out of Puck Studio, an independent studio based in Dalston, David and co provide creative solutions for print, exhibition and display with clients ranging from Its Nice That and Ogilvy & Mather to Lady Gaga and Marawa the Amazing.

David is also one of the five founding members of Puck Collective, an evolving group of illustrators, creatives and mess makers putting on exhibitions, launching print runs and creating publications. Founded in 2010 Puck Collective has grown into one of the largest illustration collectives in the UK and have produced numerous shows and events with fun and ambitious themes, collaborating with the likes of Little White Lies and the V&A and exhibiting four times at the mighty Pick Me Up at Somerset House. 

As an illustrator David cut his teeth at the well renowned Bath Spa University before moving to London in 2008. Renowned for his characteristically detailed Japanese brush and ink style and technical skill as a printmaker, David produces vivid landscapes and galaxies, bold and gothic imagery and the occasional maniacal cat.
